ベルトをタイヤに巻き込ませることで逃走車両の車輪をロックしつつ、繋がったベルトを利用して車両を停止させられる、警察車両用の特殊バンパー「グラップラー・ポリス・バンパー」。

停車命令を無視して逃走しつづける車両に対して有効で、捕らえた車両が無理やり逃げようとしても、こういう結果になってしまう。

危険運転を繰り返して逃げ続けられると厄介だから、安全かつ素早く停止させられるのは大事だよね。
